Enjoy the convenience of having one of our techs come to your home to diagnose and repair your computer or network problem. When we come to your home, you don't have to worry about whether or not your system will be damaged during transportation or whether you forgot something important (like an install CD we might need). You also know exactly when we start our work and exactly when we're done. You're free to ask us endless questions for the duration of our visit. Our home services are extremely convenient, and we hope you'll take advantage of them.

Types of Service

• Virus & Spyware Removal : If your computer has been giving strange error messages, slowing down over time, or doing things that it shouldn't be, then it's possible that you've been infected. Malicious software can sneak into your system, sometimes undetected by anti-virus software. It is extremely common these days, and we've been cleaning systems out for years. Once we're done, we'll discuss how we can configure your systems to prevent virii & spyware from targeting you again. Anti-virus software is a good start, but sometimes it's not enough.
• Hardware Diagnosis & Repair : All electronic components have a lifetime, and sometimes that lifetime isn't as long as we'd like it to be. You computer is a combination of many individual components, and determining which one is at fault is our specialty. Because we are a computer hardware store, we have a wide range of parts on hand and, unlike other on-site repair services, there is no price mark up for parts.
• Data Recovery : Chances are that you have important data on your computer -- documents, pictures, emails, etc. If your hard drive has crashed or Windows has been corrupted, then give us a call and we'll do our best to recover your files. We can also discuss potential backup solutions with you, because it's never a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket.
• Wireless Network Installation & Troubleshooting : These days everything is wireless. Most newer laptops are wireless capable, and having a wireless network in your home is extremely convenient. You can access the internet or files on other computers from anywhere in your home -- from the couch or your bed, if you like. A wireless network also allows you to place your desktop PC's in locations that would otherwise present difficulties. You attach a media center PC to your TV in the living room, for example. Wireless networks open up possibilities.
• Internet Connection Support : Sometimes your internet is down and your service provider won't provide you with the help you need. If that's the case, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve your problem.
